Insulation of Cables
Braided sleeving is woven so that it expands when compressed and contracts when pulled apart. It is ideal for flexible cable protection, is resistant to abrasion, and is easy to use. Example of use: EMC shielding of cable.
Heatshrink tubing is used as a protective covering, forming a tight seal around the cable when heat is applied. It protects from abrasion and environmental factors.We offer a selcetion of sizes, colours and shrink ratios.

Bundling of Cables
Polyethylene spiral cable binding is economical and easy to use. It is flexible and moulds easily round corners.

Mechanical Protection
Heat shrinkable boots protect and covers joints. Bestsolder is a range of RoHS compliant wire and wire splicing devices which can be used to solder, insulate, encapsulate and strain relieve a wide range of wire sizes.
Bestseal is a polyolefin heat shrinkable crimp device that protects the splice from water, condensation, salt and corrosion.This not only provides strain relief; the adhesive lining for protection makes it more reliable than conventional splices. This is also available with a nylon jacket.

Marking and Identification

Our preprinted marking capability allows for small volume and unusual variations of marker sleeves, which may be prohibitive through other channels or with other methods. We offer sequentially marked sleeves, multi-line data, logos, gas, electrical and mathematical symbols. The markers can be provided in strings, or in bags of cut lengths. They can be collated into sets, or otherwise ackagesd to your requirements for ease of use in manufacturing.
PMG supply heat shrinkable marker sleeving which is very flexible and printable. Used in military and professional electronics.
Polyolefin cable markers PCMK is a kit of 300 marks of each of the 10 international resistor colours.
Windows based Thermal transfer marking system can be linked to a pc to produce printed heat shrinkable tubing.
Interconnection

PMG stock a wide range of tools for interconnection of cables, including: heat shrinkable polylefin caps for a watertight seal and resistance against abrasion, PCG glands for weatherproof seal on cables and bulkhead mounting, and which are ideal for fibre optic or nonarmoured cables in heat and salt water environments. Heat shrinkable polyolefin tubing with optional adhesive liner is suitable for telecom and low voltage application such as jointing and cable repair.
